چکیده

Aim. To evaluate the effectiveness of PREPARE score in predicting severe complications after pancreatic surgery. Materials and Methods. The case-control study included patients operated on pancreas. Grade ≥III Clavien– Dindo were designated as “severe”. Patients divided into two groups: “0–II degree” (control) “III–V (case). For all patients, scores calculated, risk categories determined according to score. Results. 151 patients: – 102 (68%) observations, 49 (32%). ROC analysis was used for (AUC = 0.616; 95% CI 0.527–0.706; p 0.014) 0.555; 0.463–0.648; 0.241) Conclusion. obtained data do not currently enable us recommend
